With the support of Hammerhead, Liv Cycling, and Giant Bikes, I (Alexa) had the opportunity to chat with a few industry leaders from Lincoln, Nebraska, about making a more inclusive and equitable gravel cycling event with Grounded Nebraska. We could have gone on for hours talking with these three about everything from how they’re working towards creating anti-racist culture in their companies, to if they’re having these conversations in their own personal lives.
